Ugg!

I remember when Ugg just carried the boots. Now they have like EVERYTHING. I think these espadrilles made by Ugg are so fun!! We saw them the other day. I don't think I, personally, would wear them, but they are just so fun!

DOTS!!!

I have an obsession with polka dots. A major obsession. So when I walked into American Eagle the other day and saw this... need I say more? I got 2. I love these kind of shirts. They are soooooo comfy. But the plain Old Navy ones are so... boring. I like how they are coming out with patterns :) Especially polka dots! Other colors are: brown, navy, grey, green.

Speaking of dots... Check out my little sister's new bathingsuit!! Gotta love it.

Dress

My cousin is getting married in June, so my mom and I have been dress shopping recently. I found this cute dress at JCrew and got it. The V went down pretty low, so we took it to the tailors last weekend. Today we picked it up... I love it!!!

For the love of headbands!

I love headbands. LOVE THEM. In design, we were making them (which excited me to the maximum!) Anyway, I found this awesome fabric and made this headband. I am soooooooo pleased with how it came out!!! The inside doesn't look PERFECT, but who sees the inside anyway?

Lacoste Polo

We were at the mall yesterday, and Belk was running a 50% of sale on their Lacoste Polos!!!!!!! When do you ever see that? So my Mom bought me 2, as a special, special treat! If you know me, I'm sure you can figure out the 2 colors I got (hot pink and lime green but not to bright of either) Just had to share our amazing sale!

Vera Bradley ~ New colors!

I am so excited (a little late..) to announce that Vera Bradley has *5* new fabrics!!! My favorite is the "Peacock". I love the colors, the pattern, I just love it. I usually get a new Vera purse each year, so I decided I'm going to ask for the "Hipster" in "Peacock" for my birthday! (next month).

The "present" dress.

I was browsing Nordstrom's dresses and came across this one. It is so not me, but on the right person, it could look good. I personally am not a huge fan of it, but I wanted to post about the style. I love the idea of a bow right there. A very classic dress might have a bow in the back. I love how they spunk this dress up by putting it in the upper front. I love the idea of V-neck a different color (same as bow) with a different color bottom. What I don't like- The length. I think it would look better a little longer. It looks chopped off. The color- I don't think it's the right color combination for this style dress. The sleeves- I think it would look better either strapless, or thicker sleeves. The thin straps make a look almost like a bra especially because the top is white. The bow size- I think the bow strings on the bow need to be smaller.

All in all, I think this dress looks like a present. Maybe it should be fuller. I don't know. BTW, these are my opinions and nothing meant to offend anyone.

Heelies?

Okay, I apoligize in advance if I offend anyone, but what is up with these things? They came out when I was in the 2nd grade and I remember seeing them. They were never popular until now. I see them EVERYWHERE. The mall, the grocery store, the bookstore, the card store, the neighborhood, everywhere. Mostly 8-10 year olds are wearing them, but for goodness sake, I've seen someone my age wearing them. What is the big deal!?!? They are kinda tacky... (not meant to offend anyone. this is my opinion)
