Heather Bailey

I LOVE this fabric. I especially love the way she sets the fabrics up for photoshots. So unique and yet utterly incredible. These fabrics aren't even in stores yet. I love them. Every last one.

"antique" crib

this is AnnaClaire's crib. (AnnaClaire is my baby sister waiting in China). It was actually first Drew's (brother, 18) crib. 3 years later it was Will's (brother, now 15), and 2 years after that it was all me! A few weeks ago, we pulled out our "antique" and set it up. Besides a few milk stains, it is in good shape. I love this crib. The new ones are so... high tech and... big. But I just love this. It has an old and special feel to it. :)
I also love our bedding. It is PB Kids Allison bedding. When the crib was mine, my mom kept the boyish teddy bear bedding... luckily she got rid of that so we had no choice but new! :)

***couldn't get the picture to post. i'll try again later***

Fun designed website

Okay so you all know I'm stuck in the world of adoption and babies. I was on someones website today and was checking out their links when I came across this website. This website is for babyslings, but the reason I like it is because I love the website layout and name. So I just had to share it here.
www.goo-ga.com
(how cute is that???)

First of all, I LOVE the color combinations. Second of all, I love the gingham at the top. 3rd of all, I love the name inside of the peanut shell, with each letter being a different color. The list goes on. I love the dots at the bottom, love the picture the used, love the periwinkle on the side, love it all. Take a peek and it will be on your favorites just so you can look at the layout!

Who said 13 is to old to trick or treat?

I hope everyone had a good (and safe) Halloween. It seems like when I was younger, Halloween was a much anticiated event. Now it is really...nothing... I hate to say that, but it just isn't the same. I miss those old days! Still was a fun day though... We had a little culdesac Halloween party and then Elizabeth, Emily, Sadie, Meredith, and I went trick or treating. Later, Cory (from pic one) met up with us.

just went on a few blogs *you know who you are* and am laughing (in a nice way) because you all have the same template with fabric swatches. I really would like to know how to do that.

Red? Cool!

Check out the new *red* Nano! pretty awesome. This particular iPod is to raise money for AIDS, which I think is great. It's exactly the same as a Nano just in red for limited time only!
To see more about it, click on Red? Cool! at the top.

Go Fish

(Not the exact chair, but very similar)
There is a store near by called Go Fish. (A store that buys goods from other countrys, like Peru, and sells them here.) Anyway, We were there the other day, and they have the coolest chair. The pictures I took of it are on my phone, but I found this picture on google that looks very similar. Of course, it isn't exact. I thought this chair was really cool, and the store is aweomse!

simply shaggy chic

...taking this blog up a notch. When I look at my blog, it doesn't strike me as faulous. Honestly, it doesn't even strike me as something I would have. When I post I have trouble decided what post. I strike myself as artsy, creative, etc. ant this blog doesn't remind me of that. It reminds me more of a commercial just showing products. So... with all that said, I'm taking this blog up a notch. I'm not only going to advertise. I'm going to post latest fashions, things that make me go "WOW, I LOVE THAT" etc. I'm going to personilize this blog so it's me and not just homework. Starting with this.

I was at Target yesterday and saw for the second time their fairly new line, Simply Shaggy Chic. I love this line. My favorite pattern is a pink/green stripped one, but I found a picture of this that I love also. It just has a nice, country cottage feel to it. For more Simply Shaggy Chic bedding, go here

Before & After *laptop case*

First pictures: before & after. 3rd picture: close up of the bow.
***SORRY I'VE BEEN A LAME BLOGGER, BLOGGER IS GIVING ME LOTS OF TROUBLE!
So... I got a laptop on Sunday and on Tuesday after school my friend and I got cases. Well... my case was well. boring. It was a plain black case with a zipper. I knew right away I would do something to snaz it up a bit. At first I planned to do a large "E" in the hot pink dotted ribbon. Then I was cleaning my room when I found my inspiration. this coozee. I studied it to see how to do the bow. It was quite easy and now I have a pretty laptop case! :)

Janie and Jack bag

Those of you who know me know that I am big in to baby clothes, babies, baby bows, baby bloomers, etc. We are in the process of getting a little China babe which explains why. At 13.5, most people aren't getting baby siblings, so this excites me majorly. Anyway, a lot of my inspiration comes from different baby things. This is a "Janie and Jack" bag that we took our purchases home in a few weeks ago. I love this bag. I love the gingham with the simple but cute countryish print. And to op it all off, the precious dotted tissue paper the clothing is wrapped in.
